Terms of Service

M1 Solutions hereafter referred to as (the "Provider") are providing a service to individuals or businesses hereafter referred to as (the "User") who are at least 18 years old.These terms and conditions apply to all services described at M1 Solutions.co.uk and are subject to change without notice. Changes to the terms and conditions will be displayed on this page. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice and at any time.
To use our service, you must agree to all the following:

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Under this agreement, the Provider will provide the following services; which herein known as the "Services" in this agreement:
A. Access to the administration functions to modify and/or install scripts and/or maintain your account.
B. Access to utilize the scripts provided in the administration area.
C. Access for specially approved members to utilize scripts in public beta stages (at the sole discretion of the Provider)..
1.1 All prices quoted are as a guide and therefore subject to change without notice. All payment for web hosting and web design services must be paid in part or as agreed with M1Solutions before any services are carried out.
1.2 All prices quoted are based on the following terms:
1.2a each page contains no more than 200 words.
1.2b each page contains no more than the maximum number of images stated for relevant package.
1.2c each page is built in standard HTML format at 800x600 screen resolution as specified at http://www.w3.org.All sites are tested on our system using various browsers.Any work asked to be carried out over and beyond the original specification agreed upon shall be charged in addition at our standard rate which is currently £25 p/hour or part there of with a minimum chargeable time of 30 minutes.
1.2d All textual and graphic content provided by the customer via email or PC formatted disk and must be sole copyright or licence holder of such work.
1.3 All potential clients and current clients are treated in confidence.
1.3a M1Solutions reserves the right to refuse or terminate any contract at our discretion.
1.3b M1Solutions will not produce work for any site or business we deem unsuitable.
1.3c M1Solutions cannot guarantee the amount of traffic that will be generated through any website we have created.

2. PAYMENT TERMS.

Before any work is carried out M1Solutions must be in reciept of monies to the value of 30% of the estimated cost of building the website.On site going live ( being loaded onto the internet in it's completed form) the balance of payment becomes due and must be received within 14 working days failure to comply may result in your web site being taken offline.
M1Solutions reserves the right of ownership on all work until payment is received in full.All payments must be payed in Uk sterling.

3.INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold M1 Solutions harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against M1 Solutions, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless M1 Solutions against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with M1 Solutions server;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement

4.Disclaimer

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" THE PROVIDER SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY THE PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.
