For business customers, private landlords or other places where ongoing maintenance is required, we offer a monthly retainer option.

Monthly retainer:

• £50 per month

(payable by standing order)

• Includes one hour planned work

(Further planned work at £30/hour)

• Includes one hour call-out

(Daytime call outs £30/hour, night time call-outs incur extra charge)

• Includes PAT testing for 30 devices

(Further devices at 69p each)

If you need us for any other job, then our standard rates are:

Planned work (business hours):

Out of hours call-out:

•  £40 per hour
