Step One - Contact Us
We are very aware that starting a web design project can be very daunting so with that in mind we have provided a help getting started information pack to help you get started.
Simply use our questionaire to send us a description of your project. Together we can review the details, specific requirements and the end result you want for your site. Remember our design is based on the information you give us so the more detail you give the better.
We take the information away and put together a proposal based on the information given by you deatailing your requirments
cost and timeframe estimated for completion. This interaction provides us both with the information and insights we need to decide if our relationship will be mutually beneficial.

Step Two - Make a deposit

Before we can commence any work we will require a deposit for 30% of the total of your quote. This deposit can be made by post.We will accept personal and business checks however there is a 3 to 5 business day waiting period for all payments remitted by check. Your project will begin once your payment has cleared and the balance of 70% to be payed in full upon website going live ( by live we mean uploaded onto the internet)...

Step Three -Your insight is vital!

While we may be the Web design professionals, you have vital information about your business, your customers, your likes and dislikes that will make your site a success. In order to make the exchange of information quick and easy, we offer you a choice of tools to help you make some decisions regarding your selection of colours,fonts,etc. Please download our Comprehensive Worksheet which is in pdf format fill it in and post it back to us.

Step Four - Provide us with feedback

We will provide you with a rough draft for viewing after about 1 week of receiving your completed worksheet. Your feedback will help us to determine which direction to take. We may only need to do some tweaking, or we may completely start over.

Step Five- Test and launch

Once you have approved the final design, we add and format the copy (text) to all the pages and set up your desired features, such as contact forms. Once everything has been approved by you, we upload your site to the Web and fully test its functionality. We make sure that your site can be viewed as intended in Internet Explorer, 6 and Opera versions 4.0 and above.The Web design process generally takes anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks. To alleviate any unnecessary delays, we recommend that you have the majority of your copy written before your design begins.
